Mueller State Park in Colorado encompasses 5,112 acres northwest of Colorado Springs.  There are 55 miles of hiking trails, biking, camping year-round, hunting, hiking, horseback riding.  It is open in the winter when snowshoeing, sledding and snowtubing are allowed.  Mueller is a diverse home to a variety of animals including elk, black bear, eagles, hawks and Bighorn sheep.  (Source: Wikipedia, Image: Colorado Department of Natural Resources)
